Canagagigue Shooting Association (Handgun Club) Carry PermitsCurrent law states that your Authorization To Transport (ATT) permit is valid when members are in good standing (all dues current). If your club dues are not currently paid, your carrying permit is no longer valid. You must be a member of the Elmira Rod & Gun before you can join the pistol club. Membership must be maintained in both groups. The Rod & Gun membership takes care of the ranges and facilities, and pistol club membership takes care of all the government hassles required to keep your ATT up to date each year. |
